The price of the iceboat posted yesterday was accidentally left out. But before we get to that, let’s think about the value of things. Let’s say you are still working, and time for iceboating is limited. Let’s say you decide to fly out west and go hiking in the Red Rocks with a side excursion into Las Vegas, or Yosemite via the Napa Valley with all those cases of wine to lug home.. Might not any of those trips come in at, say $3800.oo?
Let’s say, instead, that you have one opportunity to sail an iceboat in any given winter. And sitting around back on a trailer ready to go was a well found C Skeeter, capable of good speed and comfort on big ice. What to do? Book Moosehead Lake, Maine in late March or early April and tour the lake in grand style in a fleet of like minded folks who understand your passion. Priceless.
