Kineo Kaptured!

Dave and Jeff set off this morning in a light southeasterly and made it to the mountain by noon.

We had encountered those snow drifts as we got further north yesterday.

They still have to beat all the way back to Greenville as the snow is moving in. If there was a time when sailing fast was pretty important, now is the time.

We failed to mention the Lockley Skimmer fleet from yesterday. Steve and Arrun were the first to set up. Indeed, the concoffeny from their sails whipping in the wind might haver been part of the reason some chose not to sail.

But they were the first out, and after a few dramatic capsizes managed to keep upright and were seen poking in and out of the islands most of the day.
