Plymouth Pond is wide open now. Tomorrow there might be as much as six inches of snow falling there. The pond has already froze once, so we know it is ready. The snow will just hurry it along. The temps drop steeply behind the storm and aside from a chance of flurries on Thursday the prognosis looks good for the weekend. There’s a chance that by Sunday we could be good to go. There is a nice breeze forecast for Sunday as well.

Lloyd always said that Plymouth comes in the first weekend of December. Let’s see. We will try to get spikes on the ice Friday, Saturday morning at the latest. If anyone checks earlier, please let us know and we’ll spread the word.
