In the low light of the morning the ice glowed like this all along the sun fetch. Its stunning in this picture, but when sailing fast it became massive uniform glow created by the micro-second bursts of reflected sunlight. It was the Yellow Brick Road; we were sailing to Oz singing “Cracks and Ridges and Holes, Oh My!”
In other parts of the Kingdom the refrain was more of “Oh No! I’m Mellllttting!” And On Lake Wentworth, of course, it was “If Ever Oh Ever A Whizz There Wuz”.
