The sky might be beautiful, but the ice is not. We plan to sail tomorrow anyway and make the best of it. It is 30% covered with scabs of crusty snow. 7 sincere sailors say come sail with us.  

Web cam shows some rough stuff. No reports from boots on the ice. We’re going anyway.
